The Sanctuary Gym ("we", "us", "our") is a gym equipment broker. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, request a quote, place an order, or contact us, and how we use and protect it.

• Account info: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number, company name (for commercial accounts)
• Order info: billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, quote details
• Payment info: processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers
• Layout planner info: photos of your space, dimensions, training goals, budget — used only to generate your equipment build recommendations
• Technical info: IP address, browser, device, pages visited (basic analytics for site improvement)

• To fulfill quotes and orders, including coordinating with manufacturers and freight carriers
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notices, quote responses)
• To contact you about your account, orders, or questions you've submitted
• To improve our site, catalog, and the AI layout planner
• To comply with legal obligations (sales tax filings, fraud prevention)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

• Anthropic: powers the AI layout planner — your photo + dimensions are sent to generate recommendations
• Equipment manufacturers and freight carriers: shipping addresses are shared with the parties fulfilling your specific order
• Law enforcement / legal: only when required by valid legal process

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@thesanctuarygym.com. California residents have specific rights under CCPA, including the right to know what information we hold and to request deletion. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, and erasure.

We use a small number of cookies required to keep you logged in and to maintain your shopping cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers for retargeting.

Our site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
