By using thesanctuarygym.com, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The Sanctuary Gym is a US-based gym equipment broker. We source equipment from a wide range of manufacturers and resell to home and commercial customers. We are not the manufacturer of the products we sell unless explicitly noted.

• Quote-only items (most racks, large machines, full builds): you add items to a quote cart and submit. We respond within one business day with a formal quote including final pricing, shipping, and lead time. The quote is valid for 14 days unless otherwise noted. Pricing is not binding until you accept the quote.
• Buy Now items (accessories, plates, smaller goods): you pay instantly via Stripe Checkout. We'll ship within 3 business days.

List prices on the site are set at 20% below the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) unless otherwise noted. Final pricing on quoted items may vary based on supplier costs, shipping zones, and customizations. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors at any time before order acceptance.

Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount of your accepted quote or Buy Now purchase. For large quoted orders, we may require a deposit (typically 30%) before placing the supplier order.

See our Shipping Policy for details. Buy Now items (accessories, plates, small goods) ship within 3 business days. Large equipment and custom orders typically deliver ~12 weeks from purchase — equipment is built to spec by the manufacturer, then crated and shipped LTL freight. Specific lead times are confirmed in your quote before any deposit. We provide tracking once your order ships.

See our Return Policy. Most standard items can be returned within 30 days subject to restocking fees. Custom and special-order items are non-returnable.

Manufacturer warranties apply to the products we sell. We'll coordinate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf. The Sanctuary Gym does not provide any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers unless explicitly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sanctuary Gym's liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Equipment safety: Gym equipment can cause injury if used improperly. You are responsible for proper assembly (or hiring a qualified installer), safe usage, and any required permits or facility inspections.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Don't use the site to: violate any law, infringe IP, transmit harmful code, scrape the catalog systematically, or resell our quote responses to third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (or replace with your state) without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted here. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
