Shipping Policy

• Small parcel (under 50 lb): UPS or FedEx Ground, typically 3–7 business days in transit.
• Large parcel (50–150 lb): UPS / FedEx oversized, 5–10 business days.
• LTL freight (over 150 lb / racks / cardio / strength): common carrier (typically R+L, XPO, Old Dominion, or similar). 7–14 business days to a residential address; 3–7 to a commercial dock.

When your order ships via LTL freight, you'll choose one of:

• Curbside — driver drops at the end of your driveway. Cheapest. You move it into the garage / shop.
• Liftgate — added fee. Driver uses a hydraulic gate to lower freight to ground level. Recommended for most home customers.
• Threshold delivery — additional fee. Driver brings the item just inside your garage door / first dry area.
• White-glove delivery + assembly — premium service. Two-person team brings the equipment to the room of choice and assembles it. Quoted per order.

• Buy Now items (accessories, plates, kettlebells, etc.) — ship within 3 business days of order. Total door-to-door typically 5–10 days. Tracking email sent at the time of shipment.
• Large equipment & custom builds (racks, machines, full builds, commercial gear) — typical delivery is ~12 weeks from purchase. Equipment is built to spec by the manufacturer, then crated and shipped LTL freight. We confirm exact lead time in your quote before any deposit.
• Commercial / full-floor builds — coordinated multi-truck delivery. Project manager assigned. Timeline confirmed in writing as part of the proposal — typically 10–14 weeks depending on scope.

We're a broker — we don't hold stock of big equipment, which is what lets us sell at 20% below MSRP. The trade-off is that large items come fresh from the manufacturer, which takes time. If you need something sooner, mention it when you request a quote and we'll source the fastest available option.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, and international destinations: please contact us for a custom quote — we can usually accommodate.

Shipping is calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and delivery option. For Buy Now items, shipping is shown at Stripe checkout. For quoted items, shipping is included in your formal quote.

Important: inspect every box and crate BEFORE the driver leaves. If you see damage, note it on the bill of lading and take photos. Even minor visible damage should be noted — concealed damage claims are much harder to file successfully if nothing was noted at delivery. See our Return Policy for the damage claim process.
